‘Murphy’ was purchased in Ireland in 2004 as a raw-boned and inexperienced 6 year old, who had been broken at 4 and turned away for 18 months.
He
has developed over the past five years into a talented eventer with good
movement on the flat and a bold, jumping attitude both
showjumping and
cross-country, which has seen him graduate from Intro to Intermediate, presently
with 21 B.E. points.
He has been placed again at Novice level in 2009 and completed further Intermediates.
He has had a good summer’s rest and has now come up again for a season’s hunting and indoor show-jumping.
He has become an excellent hunter and will settle either in the ‘field’ or in front.
